R. “Michael” S. Menzies, Jr. co-founded Pembroke Tax & Business Advisors with the vision of creating a financial services firm that would provide a truly dynamic experience for clients.
Prior to founding Pembroke Tax & Business Advisors, Michael enjoyed careers in the financial services & business development industries. Michael held an advisory position at a well known wealth management firm serving clients in the western U.S.
Concurrently, Michael worked as a business consultant and farm owner with Braeside Farms.
Michael has over 20 years of experience in personal & small business financial planning. His work focuses on servicing the complex financial needs of entrepreneurs and their families.
Michael in an Enrolled Agent and has earned the privilege of being allowed to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
Arika S. Menzies | TAX SPECIALIST
Arika S. Menzies, Co-Founder of Pembroke Tax and Business Advisors, is a Tax Preparer and Bookkeeper, who brings a wealth of knowledge to the Pembroke Advisors family of businesses.
Arika has over 15 years of client relations management, event coordination, tax preparation and administrative development experience.
Arika was born St Paul, MN and raised on a South Dakota buffalo ranch so she understands the pioneering spirit and hard work ethic of our clients.
Her interests include hiking, shopping, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, and travel.
She also enjoys artisanal food and beverages.
